Eduardo L. Ferder is a senior partner at Ferder & Toporovsky. He is a 1974 graduate from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. Upon graduation Mr. Ferder revalidated his degree in Spain at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and in Israel where he hold a license from The Israel Bar.
He also obtained an academic degree of Notary Public from the University of Buenos Aires.
   
  Mr. Ferder has authored a number of articles related to Maritime and
Aeronautical Law, which were published in specialized law magazines and
in internet.
He is a member of the Maritime Law Association of Argentina, the Maritime Law Association of Spain, and the Maritime Law Association of Israel.
He has an active international practice.
 
 



Rosa Maria Toporovsky is a senior partner at Ferder & Toporovsky. She is a 1974 graduate from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, were she also obtained an academic degree as Notary Public.

She participated in a number of courses related to Maritime and Aeronautical Law, in which area she specialized and developed an important professional relationship with exporters and importers of plastic raw materials, as Ato Chimie, France, a plastic division of the Elf Aquitaine group.
